• SwedenPTS (Post- och telestyrelsen) · The regulator has published the names of the companies it is auditing.
• the NetherlandsACM (Autoriteit Consument & Markt) · The regulator tested the 100 largest webshops. Most failed.
• GermanyMLBF · Offering a non-accessible service is an administrative offence carrying up to €100,000.
• Not yet published: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain. All 27 Member States have transposed the Directive, but we only publish a country once we have read the authority or the statute ourselves. Repeating a figure we have not verified is how a compliance vendor loses the right to be believed.
