The regulator has published the names of the companies it is auditing.
PTS opened supervision of e-commerce services in 2025 and has now started a total of 28 supervision cases under its planned programme.

The companies under supervision are named publicly. They are household-name retailers, pharmacies and grocers — not obscure sites.

PTS states what it examines: whether sites are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust — the four WCAG principles — and whether information about how the service works is itself provided accessibly.

Supervision runs through 2025 and 2026, and cases are opened in stages. Which companies come next has not been decided.
